1. North Japan Maritime Corporation
North Japan Maritime Corporation was founded in November 1980 for the main
purpose of vessels dealing,and extended its business to real estate leasing
in 1987. After that, we embarked upon various kinds of business, such as
fresh fish retail/wholesale, public works/engineering as well as insurance
agency. In 2000, business hotel gFour Seasons Yamotoh (60 rooms) started.
In Jul 2001, gPlay Buildingh, consisting of 20 bars and restaurants tenants
opened at Tachimachi Ishinomaki. Moreover, in July 2002, gEkimae Car Plazah,
a toll parking business, was initiated as a joint enterprise with Shichiseisha
Corporation. In August, 2003, Pinocchio Co. Ltd (currently Pinocchio Home
Co. Ltd.) was established for residential houses' cunstruction and Pinocchio
made a tie-up with Create Total Reserch Co. in order to intensify its business.
In November 2003, Memorial Hall g Bodaiju Yamotoh, large-sized funeral
hall opened in Yamoto. In April 2004, business tie-up agreement was concluded
with D-wall Kogyo Co., Ltd which has a special method of construction for
interior wall , organizing D-wall division so that we could develop major
constructorsf market for our interior wall products. In July 2004, gNanohanah
(accommodating 35 people), nursing care center for aged people, opened
in Ono Naruse. In November 2004, gMemorial Hall Bodaiju Furukawah, large-sized
funeral hall, opened in Furukawa. Currently,Memorial Hall Bodaiju Ishinomaki
newly opened in Jan. 20, 2007, which is the 3rd Bodaiju brand funeral hall,
following Yamoto and Furukawa. Also, SHIKINOSATO Nursing Home & YAMOTO
NANOHANA Day Care Service Center opened in October 2007 in Yamoto, Higashimatsushima.The
company is doing business such as trading division for vessels dealing,
fishery division for retail/wholesale trade of Northern Sea bottom fish,
construction and real estate division for housing development, lease division
for lease/rental business, insurance division for damage insurance business,
D-wall division for interior wall with characteristics of fire prevention
and soundproof.Keeping gFrontier Spirith in mind, we will work together
for further company growth.
2. Group Companies
(1) Sendai North Japan Maritime Corporation
Established in 2003 to do business in real property management in Sendai
area. Currently the company owns 2 high-class apartment houses, 1 apartment
house specialized for students which accommodate over 130 on a sigle-room
basis, 1 tenant building for restaurants and 1 funeral hall.
(2) Sendai City Properties Co., Ltd.
In the beginning, we did business in engineering works for public use. However it has been extended to private housing due to sharp decline of public engineering business. In September 2004, the headquarters was relocated to Sendai and changed company name to present one. The business has been shifted to property management business in Sendai area.
(3) Kaisen Ichiba Co.,Ltd.
Mainly for tourists, it opened in March 1994. As a fresh fish market for tourists in Ishinomaki, not only tourists but also Ishinomaki citizen visit here. In August 2001, gTetsu-kamabokoh division joined to this market.
(4) J.F.S. Co.,Ltd. (Japan Funeral Service)
Established in August 2003 and manages large-sized funeral hall gBodaiju
Yamotoh, gBodaiju Furukawah and gBodaiju Ishinomakih.
(5) Shikinosato Co.,Ltd.
In July 2004, NANOHANA Nursing Care Service Center for the aged people
Opend in Ono Higashimatsushima. In June 2005, assisted living home premises
for the aged people were built, extended to the Nursing Care Service Center,
which enables us to provide both assisted living home and nursing care
service.
Also, SHIKINOSATO Assisted LivingHome & YAMOTO NANOHANA Nursing Care
Service Center opened in October 2007 in Yamoto, Higashimatsushima which
is 2nd premises for our assisted living home and nursing care service for
the aged people.
(6) Pinocchio Home Co., Ltd.
Started housing business and established Sendai branch and Furukawa branch in September 2005.
(7) Pan Pacific Int'L
Established in march 2005 to do business in renting agency as well as its
property management.
(8) Mountlake Property LLC.
Established in Seattle, USA in March 2002 to construct an office building
to rent for headquarters of AFCO and 18 units of apartment house to be
newly built in July 2006.
